We joked that perhaps I would have been refused the double cheese as they knew our cunning plan to create this unholy alliance. I have also recently been reading up on ‘Secret Menu Items’ (SMI). Now I believe this has been on sale in the UK before as the Mega Mac but I never sampled it at the time. On a recent online worldwide burger tour I stumbled across the McDonald’s Canada website and found something that was quite intriguing… The Double Big Mac.
